Terms and Conditions

By placing order you agree to accept the Terms & conditions/ Reservation agreement.

  1. Airport Global Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and only be responsible for making  up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  2. Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to vehicle during the duration of rental by them or any members of party, or for any sanitation clean up fees due to vomit/etc in the vehicle.
  3. Alcohol and drug usage is prohibited by law.
  4. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client).
  5. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in our vehicles. 
  6. One hour free waiting is included from the time of arrival of flight, after that $50.00/hour will be  charged, and 10 minutes of waiting included for pickup from other than airport, waiting charges will be applicable for time taken more than the allotted one.
  7. Airport Global Limo is not responsible for any delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (not salted, Accidents etc.)
  8. Luggage’s cannot be kept inside the cabin responsibly is with the client to inform the exact number of luggage during reservation. 
  9. Car seat installation is the responsibility of renter.
  10.  Airport Global Limo is not responsible for articles left in vehicle. 
  11. Tolls/parking fees on ETR/ private parking will be added to Renters account.
  12. Cancellation Policy- 50% refund if cancelled 48 Hrs before date of travel. 25% refund if cancelled 24 hrs before date of travel, NO REFUND when cancelled within 24 hrs of travel and for NO show. 
  13. All credit card transaction statement will be shown as Airport Global Limo.  

All deposits are NON refundable. Service Provider is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and Drug use is Prohibited by Law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The Service Provider, Any Employee and/or driver for the service provider has the right to terminate a run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is NOT permitted in ANY of our Limousines. No Exceptions to the Smoking Rule. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet excluding service for pick ups FROM THE AIRPORT. Service provider not responsible for delays or the termination due to Traffic, Unsafe roads in Severe Weather Conditions (ie. Winter Time, Roads not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

•Toronto Airport Pick up Procedure:

Our office and assigned driver will monitor your flight and a driver will be waiting for you in the Parking. It usually takes 30-90 minutes for a passenger to clear Immigration, Customs and claim their bags. There is no charge for this waiting time.
Please follow the Airport Pick up Procedure when you are ready to be picked up.

•All Pre-Paid reservations are subject to 15% Driver Gratuity

•Airport Limo Service Cancellation Policy and Associated Charges

All Airport Limo Cancellations are subject to 20% Cancellation Charge after a confirmed booking.
All Changes are to be made 24 hours in advance, or a 25% re-scheduling fee will apply.
24 hours notice, prior to the scheduled pick up time is required for Cancellations, or a 50% Cancellation fee will apply.
All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
All No-Shows will be charged in full including Taxes & Driver Gratuity.
